| Delivery | Immediately after payment clears. Download the installer from your account page and activate on first launch. |
| Returns and cancellation | As a download, it cannot generally be returned or refunded because you changed your mind. If it does not run, or is not what was sold, write to satodeyannsu@gmail.com and it will be handled case by case. Note that a refund does not disable devices already activated — only new activations stop. |
